## Metro cannot resolve a peer dependency

Install compatible `lucide-react-native` and `react-native-svg` versions. In Expo, use
`npx expo install react-native-svg react-native-safe-area-context expo-font` so the installed native
packages match the active SDK, then restart Metro.

## Text uses a fallback font

Load `form0Fonts` with `expo-font` before rendering the form. If the application supplies a custom
theme, keep its font-family tokens aligned with the names loaded into the native font registry.

## A local supporting image is missing

Local assets cannot be resolved from arbitrary runtime strings. Provide `imageResolver` with a
static path-to-source map, regenerate the map if the starter owns it, and restart Metro after adding
new assets.

## A field says it is unsupported or provisional

Check [Built-in field renderers](/bindings/react-native/built-in-renderers). `PhotoField`,
`VideoField`, and `FormLinkField` need application overrides for production behavior. Ensure the
override is passed to the same `FormRenderer` or registry provider that renders the form.

## Submission does not run

`onSubmit` is validation-gated. Confirm the form is in edit mode, provide a submit handler, and use
the validation navigation sheet to inspect errors. For validation-tolerant drafts, provide `onSave`
and set `primaryActionMode="save"`.

## Drafts disappear after restart

Snapshots are emitted but never stored by the binding. Persist them through `onSnapshotChange` or
`onSave`, and restore the complete object with `initialSnapshot`. Do not replace it with only the
raw field values when repeatable entries or timestamps matter.
