INVALID

Creates a scope-level custom validation finding during managed validation. It requires a nonempty string and is event-only.

Behavior

Dispatch with engine.triggerDetailed() and inspect both validationIssues and execution issues. Each attempt returns fresh findings. INVALID() does not write intrinsic state.errors, calculation diagnostics, values or saved records. It is rejected outside validate-record and validate-repeatable; validation handlers reject value/UI operations and promises. The host owns submission and draft policy. A validation finding alone is not an execution failure.
